Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

All sessions include aromatherapy using essential oils, soothing music, candles and moist heat therapy (if indicated).  I only use organic lotions and oils in my sessions.  I provide postural correction advice, pain treatment techniques and self care methods upon request.
